WHAT WE WANT TO ACHIEVE
After exploring data on driver behaviour, speaking with drivers and analysing the survey results we concluded the following areas for our design discovery:
- Finding a way to keep drivers on shift particularly during peak times
- Creating an experience where drivers feel more control
- Reducing the need for drivers to ignore jobs or set "Busy" status
- Improving the sound for new job offers so they are inviting
- Exploring different way jobs can be presented to drivers
