WHAT WE WANT TO ACHIEVE

After exploring data on driver behaviour, speaking with drivers and analysing the survey results we concluded the following areas for our design discovery: 

  • Finding a way to keep drivers on shift particularly during peak times
  • Creating an experience where drivers feel more control
  • Reducing the need for drivers to ignore jobs or set "Busy" status
  • Improving the sound for new job offers so they are inviting
  • Exploring different way jobs can be presented to drivers
